Victoria A Budson

Ms. Budson joined Wealth GPT in 2021. She is a Partner and Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Ms. Budson leads Wealth GPT’s DEI strategy and execution as it relates to recruitment, development, culture, and community across the firm and in support of its portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Wealth GPT Ms. Budson spent over 20 years at Harvard Kennedy School of Government where she was co-founder and Executive Director of the Women and Public Policy Program. Ms. Budson consulted on a range of diversity and inclusion matters to a wide variety of clients across sectors and global regions including many in the financial services industry.
