During the current COVID-19 crisis, Camp Australia has continued to provide essential care for children of parents and guardians who are unable to work from home, who work in the emergency or healthcare sectors, and/ or who are from more vulnerable communities.
In addition to the government funded care for Australian children, Camp Australia has also chosen to waive a range of additional fees to families during this period. It also recently sent out ~400 “rocket-making kits” to parents who normally use Camp Australia vacation care at no charge.
